Exercise programs are designed to complete the whole exercise at one time from warming up to intervals and cooling down. Players are guided by speed or heart rate-controlled exercise programs so each exercise is fixed for the player to meet their fitness level optimally. Warm-ups and cool-downs ensure getting the best results in the exercise.
